Default Perspective

I'm in a daze, even three days after hearing the news. A old friend from high school dropped dead of a heart attack the other day. 35 years old, married with three children.
I'm shocked. I'm sad. I'm angry, But I am also scared. Scared it could happen to me if I dont get this weight off.
It really puts things in to perspective.
Hug the ones you love tight, because you just never know...
Rest in peace Michelle

I'm sorry to hear about your old friend

It's never too late to change the way you live so if you make a commitment now you don't have to be scared about what could happen. The shoes on your foot and you can make your future be what you want it to be.

Love the avatar BTW

So sorry to hear that!!! Like Lauren says, it's never too late to make a change. A lot of factors contribute to early death and obesity is right up there. Sometimes it's luck of the draw. Hugging your loved ones is a great idea, along with living with joy and at your best capacity NOW and not waiting for things to be perfect "when...."
