I ran 2.5 miles STRAIGHT today. I had a bad week last week eating but pushed through my running today.
yipee!
Man I hope the scale starts to go down soon :/

That's wonderful! Running goals are the best when reached! At least in my opinion. All while I am running I am talking to myself, saying "you can do it, come on keep going, you're not dying". LOL Stuff like that.

Congrats! Can't wait till I get there. I run intervals. I run a block, walk a block, run a block, walk a block .I do this as long as I can in my 3 mile walks. Then I continuously run on the school track on the weekends. Can't wait till I say I can do that too!!!
