I am a self-proclaimed exercise HATER.
However, a couple of weeks ago I got involved with a small Zumba class here in town and I really found myself enjoying it. I signed up for twice a week and often find myself wishing it was Zumba day.
Well, today I really wanted to be doing Zumba and I found on Netflix some cadio-dance instant workout videos that were very similar. I was so excited and here I was in my living room doing a complete video and loving it!
I feel so good afterwards. Now, tomorrow is a REAL Zumba day!! Yeah!!
Is it possible that I have been bitten by the exercise bug??
