Well, a few weeks ago I fell off the wagon and started eating everything in sight. I just hadn't been feeling well, had the blahs, and the food was comforting me. I spent a couple of weeks eating (way) off plan, and had put back on about 5-6 pounds. Then, I got a stomach bug and lost about 10 pounds in 3 days. I oddly did not put the weight back on immediately after I started eating again after the stomach bug, but it did start creeping back on last week.
So, it is finally time for me to get back on track. It's been almost a month, and I feel like such a failure. But, this is the mentality I have been trying to get away from. So, hopefully, this is me, getting back on track, and not failing!
