100 lb. Club - March: One reason you will stay on your plan today

There are always many reasons to stay on your plan. What is one of those reasons today?

I will stay on plan today because I do not want to regain that 100 pounds. Even if I do not lose any more weight, my life is greatly improved.

Because in April when the weather gets too warm to "cover up" any more, we will be glad we did!

Because I want to be happy and healthy. I want to be able to go out and not worry what people think of me. I want to be just as confident inside as outside. And the biggest reason of all... I want to show my family that I can do it!!

Because i've decided to try to get into the air force and i need to lose at least 47 more pounds before they will consider accepting me- tho to be safe i wanna lose closer to 55 or 60 to have a little buffer to account for water weight or TOM weight or time of day fluctuations

Because I got on the scale this past week and saw that my weight was out of control. My weight is almost the same as my highest weight ever. I never thought I would get this way again and here I am. I am ashamed I let it get this bad. I have to get better. My life has too many good things to let this ruin it.

I haven't been on 3FC in a while, but I'm going to stay on track by checking out the community center gym tomorrow (& joining). This last year has had some issues that led to me gaining back over 45lbs. I have a lot of catching up to do to get pain free and back on track towards my goal.
Good news, I quit smoking and other things are looking up!

I'm going to stay on my plan today because I love my plan, I love not having stupid cravings, I love feeling like my actions are in line with my goals, and I just feel so much better mentally and physically when I do!

My daughter is my #1 reason. I hate that I can't play long with her and I don't have the energy. I want to live long enough to see her grow and get married and it will never happen being as unhealthy as I am now!

Because weight control really seems to be 80% food and 20% exercise, and as someone writes here, you can't out-exercise bad eating habits.

Because Im tired of looking through picture albums and not seeing myself. I depise the camera---but I know my oldest son is graduating 8th grade in May and I want to feel good about myself and not dodging the camera the whole time.

Because the women in the 20s support group and the i want to in the 120s group are not knowledgeable enough to know that the FATSMASH diet is something that makes it impossible to be hungry... they said my CRASH DIET which it is not, will not make me lose a pound and I want to show them that they are wrong and I AM RIGHT!!!!

Me too, because they have been building up! :)

* Because my sister told me last night she weighs 140. Iíll be seeing her next over Memorial Day. Gotta get to 139! I have never been smaller than her. NEVER!

* Because this weekend I am burning a few of my over worn and torn up fat pants in effigy. Along with the bad food I have been hoarding since January.

* Because I lied to someone I am meeting up with in June about how much I weigh. :o
