Smile Too excited not to share!!

I am officially down from a size 18 to a size 14, YAY!!!!

Of course it's taken 2 years, but the tortoise won the race right?

I found out today after going to AE (American Eagle) and bought some shorts. I haven't shopped there since grade 9, omg! That is 11 years.

Wow, that just hit me. Last small size I remember being is a 13.

This is a real boost, as I didn't feel I was really getting anywhere scale-wise, and when I bought some jeans a couple months ago I still couldn't fit in a 14.

Goes to show the scale doesn't really mean anything when it comes to inches.

Ahh, just so ecstatic!!!!

Hooray for shorts!

I still can't fit into anything at American Eagle... even their 18s run a bit too small for me right now.

Congratulations! Getting down to a 14 is an excellent milestone. Now you can go shopping pretty much anywhere.

You're just about the same height and weight as me. What size are you now if you don't mind me asking? I'm just curious if we are the same

The biggest they had left was the 14 (thank god I fit in it or I'd be shortless), and I've never seen anything above a 15 there before.

It's because there are mostly big girls around here it seems, so we literally sell them out of anything 16+. Same goes for every single store in the mall, so it makes it difficult and irritating to find any clothes because only 00 is left!

Congratulations! I'm sure it feels great to see that difference in your sizes! And slow weight loss just means you're more likely to not regain, so good job!

Congratulations!!! I remember being that size after a first weight loss campaign. Difference... I didn't do it slowly and healthy as you have. That is actually a huge inspiration to me. This time I'm going slow and staying healthy. I'm so happy for you!!! Totally gives me hope.

congratulations!!! I went to a cosignment shop and bought my first pair of fourteen jeans too. Then went on a little trip to see my sister and she gave me four newish pairs of crop pants that are way too small for her now and they all fit. I used to be her BIG sister in more ways than one. When I started this journey last spring I wore a size 24. I'm so happy tp get into some fourteens.
