went for a hopeful job interview today. let's see....

lunch - 4
salad, turkey-2, dressing-2

dinner - again out !! Italian -- oh noooooo :?: :?: :?: 23
bread-2, salad w/ dressing - 3, drink-4, pasta-4, oil-6, shrimp-4

Total - 31 :o
walked for exercise - but no exertion - maybe earned 1 pt
