Hey Jessica - I am back on track. Weight is up, pants are tight. Thinking about going to see my mom for mother's day, so have 10 weeks to get back on track. Can do! I started on Monday.

D - going to a friend's. She says she is making healthy lasagna. I am bringing salad. I plan to fill my plate with salad and have a small square of lasagna. Will try to stay away from the wine and the bread.
*edit for dinner* okay, did pretty well, but not perfect. I did put a ton of healthy salad on my plate and had a small square of lasagna. She made bacon wrapped figs for an appetizer and I had 4. I also had a small glass of red wine. The husband works in the food industry, and for dessert they had those little mini desserts you get at PF Changes (100-220 calories) I had one. I didn't eat any bread! Considering my total calories for the day, it was a maintenance day, at least.

Allison, since dinner seems to be where you have the most trouble, maybe you should try planning in advance and buying all your ingredients in advance? I usually pick out a bunch of recipes for the week on Sunday and go to the grocery and buy all the ingredients for all of them. That way I have no excuse not to make one.

Stress has finally normalized enough that I am eating regularly again, instead of nothing all day and then something junky for dinner. My calories were low, but my body felt like crap. Eating is important, darn it! Exercise, at least, has been pretty solid throughout.
B - Protein shake w/ pineapple, berries, and almond milk, plus protein powder
S - Apple as needed
L - Sandwich - Sourdough roll, bbq chicken breast, a little gouda, tons of veggies (pickles, lettuce, cucumber).
S - Popcorn or another protein shake as needed
D - FiberGourmet pasta w/ chicken sausage, lots of veggies, and a lemony sauce with a touch of fat free half and half.
S - NSA Ice Cream
E - 80 min cardio

Hi, I'm in. Needing some accountability.
guidelines for back on track planning:
1. NO SNACKING with evening television. Might avoid tv downstairs altogether. Maybe just say no food after 8p.
2. increase PO FLUIDS. tea, seltzer thru the day/ evening
3. write ALL BITES, no matter what
4. exercise must be a priority, 4x week. Must Happen.
bkfst: 2 eggs, 3 slice turkey bacon, hot sauce
lunch: 1/2 pound deli turkey, mustard
snack: apple
dinner: stir fry bok choy and nappa cabbage, shrimp in tom yum soup
no formal exercise planned for today. just walking thru NYC, running here and there

It was very rough for a while there, and I know I jacked my body up a little with 2 weeks at 500-800 calories (I really couldn't help it, every time I tried to eat more, I couldn't keep it down). I have had to just let go and let it be.

I have no idea what is in store for my Wednesday. I'm sure there will be a cookie involved, but without a lot of other meals, I don't think I'll go over my calorie max. Funny thing...my skinny jeans are still too tight. I would imagine I've lost over the past week without any alcohol and much smaller (or non-existant) meals, but I don't feel any skinnier. We'll see next Monday...

I have been eating junk lately. But, I'm not gaining, so I'm having a hard time convincing myself to stop.
Thursday:
B - oatmeal, raisins, apple butter, skim milk
L - leftover chard egg potato hash, frozen mixed veggies, lf cottage cheese w/frozen blueberries, some spaghetti with tomato sauce that had a bit of cheese in it

D - chicken cacciatore on spaghetti

L~no idea--another day at Paradise Bakery with DD, meatball panini (1/2 sandwich) and broccoli cheddar soup, cookie
S~several bites of a Butterfinger shake from Iceberg (trying to show DD some of the "hot" spots in SLC)
D~mixed salad of Romaine, mandarin oranges, red onion, shrimp, feta and some jalapenos from DD's dinner and some wine--blame it on my sister!
Not much of a plan, is it? I'll update later.

Climbing out of the pit of despair....
eggs, avocado, leftover beans and chile (and then I put the dish in to soak so I wouldn't pick at it all day)
salad--tons of greens, blackberries, red onion, with avocado, leftover meatballs and a bit of raspberry vinaigrette
exercise--run later with DS (track starts for him next week!)
dinner--tbd
water, lots of water. and gum.

I am so falling off the wagon. Work needs to stop having so many temptations, I need to start bringing more filling lunches (or stop eating so much so that the smaller portion will BE filling again), and the PMS this week isn't helping.
I always get extra hungry the week of my period. I should know this by now. I also know the solution: eat red meat. Maybe tonight I'll swing by the butcher shop and make tonight's planned curry with beef instead of chicken. Or buy some ground beef for homemade burgers this weekend.

I am here, will update calories, can barely remember all I ate...but Thursday was 1600..all in calories counter
Friday, also around 1600-1700. lots of BLTs. no exercise either day.
Today already ate 950 cals, including 400 junk food calories. Would like to grab run when DH returns from errands. I had a work appt and had a huge blowout w/DH before I left the house at 7:30a.
Issue with early am work outs: we have a new dog. He is 10 months old and sleeps in a crate right next to the door. He will whine and wake everyone up if I leave the house for those super early spinning classes, or for a run.
So I decided I would get back to the running b/w train commute getting to work w/o using the subway. RAIN/SLEET, wintry weather on both those days this past week. My third day in NYC is car commute. My extra work and then all my child care and housework meals, shopping... sucks up my opportunity on my 2 week days in NJ. I know lots of excuses but I am feeling so whiny right now. Will/ Must find a way to change this.
Plan for today// either treadmill or outside run. Feeling like it is 50/50 odds.
Dinner out tonight. Italian. Will make good choices and try to have 2 or fewer glasses of wine.

D - Chinese take-out - rice, kung pao chicken, ma po tofu (only one bowl)
S - instant choc pudding w/strawberries
E - about half hour walking around
Monday:
B - oatmeal, raisins, strawberries, raw sugar, skim milk
S - "mocha" of decaf espresso, hot water, sugar free hot cocoa
L - leftover kung pao chicken and tofu on rice
S - banana
D - ground chicken sloppy joe on bun, roasted potatoes, salad w/lf dressing

E - 80 min incline trainer, need to do some stretching because I am in the throes of post-lifting soreness from Thursday and am doing some slow lowering when I need to use the restroom (and I KNOW you all know what I'm talking about!)

Been trying to get over here all morning! Today is my first day NOT calorie counting and going intuitive (well kind of). Anyway hoping to check in daily just to keep an eye on what's going into my mouth.
B - Coffee w/ sf creamer Flaxseed Waffles w/ all natural PB and banana
L - Whole grain and flax flatout w/ leftover chicken, bell peppers, onions, and one slice of swiss cheese. Carrots and kefir ranch dressing.
S - Not sure, either chobani yogurt or a Kashi granola bar. Who knows maybe both! I'm going for a run later and we'll see how I'm feeling.
D - Grandparents are in town and I'm cooking, but it will have to be family friendly. Going to do whole wheat pasta with marinara and a small amount of freshly grated parm. Salad and *maybe* a slice of bread, but probably not because I'm going to have a glass of wine or a martini.
No evening snack today because of the alcohol. Hopefully my inhibitions don't wane because of the alcohol.
