I know I've been a terrible host lately. I'm stilll following my WEED daily, I just have been absorbed by my busy life.

This is my week off from school - my grades are in & I got a 4.0 last quarter, which has been a wonderful boost!

W - 64 oz/day. I have cut up lemons, ready to go!
E - 30 minutes/daily
E- under 1600 per day/not all carbs - I took some time this weekend to prep veggies and make soup so I have a head start
D - Relax & recharge this week because next week it starts all over again :)

Still watching my intake and everything though.

Lost .6 last week, it would have been more but I was foolish enough to eat out with friends the day before weigh in. >.<

I'm not going to post a new thread for week four since there were only 5 posts last week. My fault, I know I am so totally busy, and my computer is sucking right now.

My weed has been going okay.

W 80 oz
E35 minutes
E 1400 cals
D today~visit mom~dad is buying a truck, going with him~workout~pack some more.

It just had to be so that gas prices are skyrocketing right before we go to d-land. we are driving, but luckily I get good gas mileage.

Hello! I am totally willing to post more, by the way I'm just not sure how often to do it :)

E - 30 minutes, most days (and I did it today!)
E - My mom left for hawaii for 6 months, so this last week has been full of restaurant food and running around. I would like to plan my meals this week and increase my veggies.
D - Serenity and organization, I need them both today.

Jeni, the gas is killer on this coast too, high 3.60's yesterday. Silly

Goldilocks, when we are sticking with our norms, alot of us were posting everyday, but we've been bad.

Guess what I am NOT giving up for Lent, 3FC! Will try to do better and post more often again.

18 inches and counting! Hate snow.

Anyhoo, I just finished watching Biggest Loser and thought I should check in before slipping off to bed. I have been eating sweets every day now for the past week. This must stop!

i guess we all were pretty busy..lol now i dont feel too bad.

Im starting fresh today with phase 1 South beach. Its pretty funny that the only diet that seems to work for me is sb. Ive tried so many and its the only one that seems to work. I believe i need limits and with sb i have it so for the next 2 weeks its no starch and sugars for me.

hope you guys are getting enough sleep for your busy days. i know for myself i should be getting way more which means staying off the computer but i missed you guys..lol im gonna try hard to check in with you all ...

Emily, you are doing great! I gained about 60 lbs each time, which is why I am on 3FC. Getting rid of the baby weight...only my baby is 20.

I am still sucking w exercise but good with food, need to try to find time to put it all together.

E Do some, start w stairs at work. I work on the 8th floor, so that is actually a workout!

thanks JENI... Im okay it wasnt too bad here. I had to leave in the dead of night but lucky i was already up. i stayed with a friend.But now that its over its back to work i go. Which is close by the beach. have a fun beach day...

Im staying true to my sb program. Hopefully i can post in a few days that my weight is back down and im again starting the journey to the 20'z..

Can't sleep! Aargh! I am off my game. Hopefully tomorrow will be better. Am contemplating joining Weight Watchers. I think having a meeting to go to every week may help. Not willing to commit yet, but am considering it.

I'M BA-AK!!!

And I am totally ready to get back on my game.

My trip was totally awsome. It was our first trip without a stroller and the kids were amazing. The drive down and back was great (12 hours one day, 6 hours one day). I didn't get in enough water, but my food wasnt too bad. I am DYING to get my run in today!

W 80-100 oz of water.
E starting with a mile run today and abs maybe some swimming with the kids.
E low carbs at night, healthy choices during the day
D unpack laundry.....relax.

I have been so sick with a head/chest cold. Can't seem to shake it.
Twice in the last week I did not pack my lunch because I did not feel up to it. Both days, my food choices were horrible. Hmmmm.

Morning everyone.

I'm not starting another thread for this challenge.

Its been a tough week back from D-land. DH's step father passed away. They weren't close at all, but he has been doing a lot of stuff for his mom.

I only worked out 2 days all of last week. And I felt it when I put on my work pants :( Since Friday my food has been right on target but I haven't had much of a chance to workout.

I'm laid off this week and the kids have spring break! So I am feeling totally pumped to getting my to my normal schedule. NO EXCUSES! Ok well almost back to my normal schedule. Mak is too old for the child care room at the Y, so I will have to wait until 4:20 to go today. But I do plan on getting on to the treadmill and running for 30 minutes. I may also take the kiddos swimming for an hour or so.

My weight is way up, but I am focusing on cals in and out, and working out every day off for 60 minutes at least and 30 minutes on my days on. I am not focusing on the scale but pant size.

E 30 minutes on the treadmill this morning 15 minute Abs and weights; if I cant get to the Y this afternoon, then I will run 15 more minutes this afternoon.
E I will be starting at 1600 cals today and slowly dropping them to 1200 by the end of next week. I will be watching my carb intake, Eating more during the day, less for dinner.
D No snacking at 3. I have gotten really bad at snacking before dinner.

(editing got in my first 45 of a workout!, my food is planned.)

hey ladies..

Ive just got in the groove of exercising again. I did 3 miles today and plan to do 3 again 2mo. im trying to keep my mind focus. dinner was awesome and i ate early too. it feels great to be so on plan..

jeni. im sorry to hear about your father in law. My prayers are with you and your family. I like your way of thinking about the scale. i need to remind myself not to be so ruled by the number but look at the other things i miss like the shorts i can fit in.

Funny how I put off eating right and exercising considering how good it feels when I get there...

Did not run last night. It was after 9 before I got home and I was beat. Tonight, I am planning to be home by 5 and I will run ;)

Are we planning to start a new challenge for April Fools? I would like to get my groove back for one from April Fools to Memorial Day but everyone is MIA?

If you are still lurking out there, please post so we know, if not, I am going looking for a new group to join for the next challenge because I need me some chatter!

Jeni, I got a 45 minute run/walk today. I was excited about that. Had a pot luck lunch too, that was food porn, but it's over now, clean eats for the rest of the day and planned for the rest of the week too.
