Do you weigh yourself first thing in the morning in the same exact clothes?? If not, you should check this out: http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/general-diet-plans-questions/225107-everyone-who-has-asked-when-weigh-i-did-experiment.html

Also, as I'm sure many people will point out, you may have just had too much sodium and are retaining water.

aww.. i know how you feel..i had the same problem for the past week..but then..it finally went down a pound.. i agree..too much sodium really makes a huge difference on the scale..or lack of water? no one can tell you for sure why..but i understand your anger and frustration..just let it out..and then pick yourself back up again..You can do this!

Thanks guys for your support I will hang in there but geez it is so discouraging..the reason (one of many) I fell off the wagon before is I went 5 months wiht no loss and just through my hands up and went ah well....not 25pounds heavier guess the aw well did its thing and is paying me back...

keep pushing me guys I need it

Ok finally the scale moved! down this week 4lbs...but this could be due to the fact I had oral surgery and sinus infection and eating was tough but I will take it
