Hey all,

I just ordered my at home kit as well and am waiting for it to arrive. I broke my leg and crushed my kneecap back in December so it's a tricky time for me to start but I am determined to use my recovery time wisely. I will probably be in a wheelchair upwards of a year (it's a pretty bad break) but I refuse to let this time go by and sit back and gain weight. I've lost about 15 pounds (I think) since the fall but it's really hard to tell because I can't hop up on a scale to track my loss. I was weighed in rehab/physical therapy and the last entry I had showed a true 15-pound loss (whoo hoo)!

I figure any extra weight I lose now will help be get back on my feet sooner. Plus, I am working at home right now, so I want to "wow" them when I go back to the office. I think I am about 220 now so I'm starting my tracking from that.

I won't be able to rely on the scale to track my weight loss, so as long as I'm eating healthy and the clothes are getting a little bigger I will be happy.

Can someone tell me how to put the "weight tracking gauge" on the bottom of e-mails? So many people have them and I can't figure it out.

SV

We'll see how it goes!
