I have read varying opinions on Bee Pollen and it's ability to help you lose weight. It is considered to be very nutrient dense and a great thing to add to the diet so long as it is high quality.

There have also been reports of allergies from those with allergies to ragweed and bee-stings. So what do you know about this product? Do you think it is safe? Have you tried it? Is there any one who has had success with it?

I was just reading about this as well and it seems even if it doesn't necessarily help along the weight loss it would be a very good supplement in general.

I don't know much about it myself but am eager to see if this thread gets any responses. I have a question to add:

How do you find one that's good quality and how do you KNNOW that's it's of high quality?

a friend told me about a site called I HERB that she has used for years.......I just ordered some powdered spirulina and flax....was looking at the bee pollen...
