I started up a blog to help motivate myself to, well, stay motivated! I'm trying to lose about 40 pounds, while fighting a busy professional schedule and injuries that have left me partly handicapped.
It is definitely a fight! Do I: a) study and hang out with my husband; b) eat a huge meal, splendid in its glory; or c) eat something healthy after a good run, despite the pain it causes?
Do I give my excess hunger the finger, or do I cave in to desperate cravings?
Do I do my yoga, breathe, and slow down, or do I give myself an early coronary stressing about, well, everything?
It's bound to be an entertaining show, at least.
