Smartfood white cheddar popcorn
Does anyone else love this stuff as much as I do? An ounce, which feels like a lot to me once you see it in a bowl, has 4 points, and I take my time eating it. It is one of my favorite treats!

I've seen it just about everywhere, so you should be able to get it in your grocery store in the chips aisle. I buy mine at Walmart.

I haven't had that one but adore the Cinnamon Sugar popcorn made by Popcorn Indiana (they have lots of flavors, can order online or buy in some stores). 3 cups is 4 points and is very filling.

Yum, cheddar popcorn! I also like caramel... now I'm thinking maybe I will get some FF evaporated milk or sweetened condensed milk and make some caramel sauce for the popcorn.

Last time I did WW I always had popcorn on hand. Haven't done that yet this much, but might have to start again!

Just be careful because if you're doing points plus, popcorn had gone up in points.

I absolutely not eat Smartfood White Cheddar popcorn unless I'm set on eating the entire bag. Its pathetic but its one of those foods that I can't control my portions of.
