Default So glad I lost 10 pounds!
Because I did a 7 hour hike up a snow-covered mountain this weekend! And having 10 fewer pounds to haul up was so nice, considering I was carrying snow shoes and 7 pounds of water, and a bunch of extra layers.

It was so much fun. And then on Monday morning I went for a 2 hour cross country ski run.

Hopefully by summer even more will be gone and I'll be flying up those mountains!

i want to do that too! good for you, that sounds so fun! that's my choice of a perfect vacation. complete with real tent camping, canoeing, hiking, carrying our own food. sounds awesome! so want to do that this summer with the kids. (i really want to leave them at home, just me and their dad, but either way it would be lots of great memories.)
