View Full Version : Sugar Busters?

I've been reading up on a lot of different "diets" since watching calories isn't really working too well for me, and came across Sugar Busters. It seems like something I could actually do and stick with. Has anyone tried this? Any suggestions, thoughts?

I just started Sugar Busters this week. I think sugar may be my real problem, I didn't realize how much I eat until this week. I start early in the am with sugar in my coffee and it continues all day! So far it has not been bad, granted it has only been 4 days but I have not cheated once-huge for me.

Claire- let me know how it keeps working for you! I'm going to really give it a go starting Monday. I have to be out of state this weekend for my sister's wedding so eating will not be the best this weekend. I've been making little "tweaks" to my diet going along with Sugar Busters so hopefully it will work out well for the both of us!

Ladies, the Busting Sugar thread on here is the old Sugarbusters group. It is a GREAT program to follow, but fell out of favor when South Beach came along. There are still a handful of us who follow it, or did, and know all the tips and tricks. Please come join us! Its slow right now because two of our members lost their sons on the same day last week, but the group is steady, tho slow.

Sugar Busters DOES work. In fact, I started it at the recommendation of my doctor who told me it was the best, most balanced, healthiest diet out there.

Hope to see you on the Busting Sugar thread!
