I started changing my eating habits in August of 2009 and by February 2010 I had lost a little over 40 lbs!!!! Then I had some health problems and gained 20 of that back, when I felt better I got back on plan which was several months ago. And I am at my HALF-WAY point!!!!! Yep, as of a couple days ago!!:carrot::D

36 pounds lost and 36 to go!!!! I am proud of myself for making positive healthy changes and for not beating myself up when I gained weight back. I cook a lot more now, something I never really enjoyed doing until about a year ago. I have lots of healthy simple recipes I use now, many from this very site. I don't like to cook anything that has over 5 ingredients or takes more than half an hour to prepare. :p :chef:

I am glad to be back here as I did not have easy access to the internet for some time. Thanks to everyone for all the wonderful support!!! :grouphug:

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!! Made a delicious dish yesterday, black beans, shredded lettuce, chopped onion, a bit of feta cheese, a couple dribbles of reduced fat ranch dressing...nuke it and serve!
