benifits of excersize in regards to TOM
so i have always been one of those woman that has the absolute worst cramps so bad that when i was younger i was practically on bed rest for the first 2 days its gotten a little better over the years and i only had to dope myself up on so much midol that i didnt feel the urge to rip my overies out lol but since excersizeng for the whole month of january regularly and for the begining of febuary i have to say my cramps are practicly nothing now i haven't even had to take any midol yet! it just amazes me to actually feel the health benifits of excersize. maybe ill start a "excersize cures tom" campign lol anyways just wanted to share my joy!
