Sometimes I get bored and create my own little combinations of exercise. My favorite is a combination of a burpee, mountain climbers, and push ups. I basically drop myself down like I'm doing a burpee then do mountain climbers for 10 seconds, stop do five pushups, and then complete the burpee. It really wears me out so I usually only do three or four of them but they are a quick thing I know I can do when I'm bored.
I was just wondering do any of you have your own little combinations that you've come up with? If so what are they? I'd love to try some of them out.
