So I've been on this new lifestyle change and it consists of no (or really low) carbs, no sugars, no fried or fatty foods, etc. You get the picture. Anyway, I'm running out of ideas of what to cook, not to mention I'm at work for about 12 hours of the day so when I get home, I'm really not in the mood for complex meals. Any ideas?
