South Beach Diet - Can someone tell me if this is phase 1 Beach Cheese?

I bought some cheese, without thinking about the fat content..could someone tell me if this is suitable cheese for snacking on phase 1?

It is Western Family Pizza Monzerella.. It says on the package ..14% m.f.
It claims that it is light and it has 30% less fat than the regular monzerella
It has 80 calories for a 3cm cube.
0grams of sugar
1 gram of carb
6grams of protein

Is this suitable for phase 1? Is it considered low fat cheese?

I'd probably go ahead and eat it lol I have no idea if that's actually considered "low fat" or not, but 80 Calories a serving, so long as you only eat one serving at a time, should be just fine IMHO ;)

How many grams of fat per serving? This is the recommendation for cheeses on SB:

CHEESE (Fat Free or Reduced Fat )
for hard cheese, look for varieties that have 6 grams of fat or less/ounce

oh in that case..its safe..its only 4 grams of fat..yay for pizza monzerella!

Looks good but watch the serving size - that's what always gets me with cheese! The Cabot 50% and 75% rf cheeses are delicious.
