the calorie burns are going to come from your NEAT (non-exercise activity thermogenesis) the hour in the gym per day isnt s**T compared to what you burn the other 23 hours...... JUST MOVEMORE. drink a crap ton of water so you have to get up every half hour to walk to the bathroom. STAND at your desk and work. Do more cooking ( cooking in the kitchen is a HUGE calorie burn) If you cook and prepare dinner and next days breakfast and lunch and are standing around, moving in the kitchen for an hour and a half, it could easily be a 150 cal burn, as opposed to the 4 cals you burn puttin the lean cuisine in the microwave. Take the stairs. park further away. Blah blah, youve heard all these things, but those non-exercise cals add up WAY MORE than gym time.......on the weekends when id be out and abou just running errands, my BB would register 3000+ burn days.... thats not exercise, thats jusat not sitting on my butt
