so i heard on dr.oz that to maximize your weight loss you should have 30 grams of protien within 30 mins added to your diet and excersize plan. this is baesed off tim ferris' 4 hour body and i figured what the heck anything will help becuase i had been stuck at 186 for 2 weeks. anyways i am a horrible breakfast eater i just cant make myself do it. so i decided to buy a protien shake and i started taking it within 30 mins of waking up and i started this saturday and within the last 5 days i've dropped 2 pounds! i'm so excited its amazing what that protien has done for my metabolism and it may just be that i'm haveing what i would consider breakfast now but either way i'm satisfied so far with how this is working and i will keep yal updated to let yal know how long the weight drop last before i have to up my excersize routine, but untill then GO PROTIEN BREAKFAST!
Congrats! A friend told me about protein as well and i started eating more foods with lots of protein. In 3 days i dropped 2 pounds, so i kno what you mean. I cant wait till my official weigh in friday. I really wish i liked shakes so i could just eat that but i dont lol.
oh i dont like the shake much but i dont like breakfast either so i feel its the lesser of 2 evils lol! i know i cant wait till my official weight in (sunday) either!

u can get a protien shake at walmart for around 15 i believe. i got mine at vitamin world becuase to me this brand taste better buts its a little more expensive. but walmarts actually dont taste that bad and r cheaper you just have to make you sure ur getting a protien shake and not creatine lol beucase that would make a big difference.
