U got to exercise a little bit more, drink plenty of water and make a journal of what you eat everyday maybe some food is not good for you. Good Lucy!!!
I'm stalled too. No real weightloss since New Years day. I did drop down a lb one day but then went back up the next and haven't seen it since. What causes plateaus? I know I should be exercising more. January doldrums I guess.
I switch up how often i exercise and the types of food I am eating, if i have been eating really really clean, then i will add a bit more 'good fats' (almonds, nuts, etc) switch it up some. it sucks having to wait through a plateau but it does change.
Either you're in a deficit and losing fat or you're not. If you're not then you're actually hit a plateau. For someone who is in a caloric deficit dropping calories or adding more exercise may not be a good idea. Patience probably is the best plan.
I think many times people are not actually at a plateau but are simply retaining water. I'm new to this site but I'm surprised more people don't talk about whooshes because most of the time when people think they have reached a plateau it's really just water balance.
I go on low carbs until scale start moving, but add more calories. For example: 1,200 – 1,300 cal /day and after a while I see scale stopped moving, I switch to low carb 1,500 – 1,600 cal and cardio (fast walk on treadmill).
Always works for me.

Both of these concepts have actually been discussed here before at length, and can be found in the older threads. Eliana went on a diet break at the end of 2010 and picked back up at the beginning of the year and has done fantastic since! Many of the posters here also experience the "whooshes" (thanks for posting the article about this again - I know it's been posted before, but couldn't find it easily). I'm one of them. Early on, I'd be "stuck" for a week or 2 and then lose 3 pounds seemingly overnight. Just get back on plan and you'll lose soon. Just don't quit! Now if I could just figure out where my whoosh went.
Suffering a two month long plateau here, too. Well, more like a stall...holiday season, didnt work out enough, ate some bad things, etc. I'm "restarting" and rewriting my weight loss plan. I also went back to Stage 1 on Sparkpeople so yeah. I sure hope it works.
Now to read those bodyrecomposition links from above...
