Default Favorite restricted foods?

I was wondering people's favorite restricted foods and how often you eat them? My coach doesn't allow them for the first 3 weeks so I finally get to buy some tomorrow! Woo hoooo! Also, did anyone see a change in their weight loss after starting them?

Thanks!

My coach allowed them from day 1 - but I stayed away from the for the most part. I have a bar maybe every 3-4 days now.

I got the carmel somethings covered in chocolate. It's good - but would be better smothered in peanut butter - as would everything in life

I haven't had much yet since I am only in my first week, but I enjoyed the cookies n cream bar, and the chili. I am hoping to pick up some of the crepes to try some different things with, as well as the chocolate soy crisps and a few other things. I'm a snacker, so I like things that remind me of snacks I used to be able to have.

Some people have a restricted item each day, I just had my first bar the other night and I am on week 4...it was delicious!!! My coach didn't recommend having any restricted until after week 3.
I am going to buy some more tomorrow!! YUM! I guess I'll have to wait and see if it changes anything, I have my week 4 WI on Friday!

I enjoy most soy nuts on salad. So nice to have a crunch that isn't celery or cucumber.

the oatmeal makes good pancakes (as do the crepes) with either WF raspberry jelly or WF syrup. To do the oatmeal as pancakes add a little more water til they are a good consistancy and just fry them. I like to add cinnamon and a little vanilla to both the oatmeal and crepes. I haven`t noticed any less weight loss-I lost 4# the 1st week, and 3# the next 2 weeks, which is what my coach said would be normal. Don`t know if that helps or not!

I have had restricted from day one. Lost 12# at my first WI. I like the salt/vinegar ridges and BarbQ ridges crushed up and put on my salad at noon. They make really good croutons. It is also some of the lowest carb wise of the restricteds.

I had chili and spaghetti the first week. I love to saute a bunch of mushrooms in my olive oil and add to either one of these.

No bars allowed the first week--had them last week (third week) and loved all that I tried. Cinnamon with tea was really a nice treat. But the caramel chocolate bar tasted almost sinful. Liked the cookies and cream and the peanut vanilla.

She's talking about the caramel nut bar. caramel, peanuts, coated in chocolate. Not too bad, but smaller than the other bars!

Thanks for the suggestions. I think I'll get the bars to eat before bed. I always feel so jipped eating jello, pudding or drinking something.

I don't do restricted foods very often but I enjoy the SW cheese curls, bbq chips (and bbq isn't my favourite flavour but they don't have sour cream and onion in chips)!! If I am in need of a sweet treat I like the peanut butter bar. I also like the soy nuts to give that extra crunch and you can buy them at most any grocery store at a fraction of the price - just use 1/3 cup to replace the IP package!

I have a bag of choc covered puffs every night. I find that having a restricted helps my WL. The two lowest loss weeks I've had were ones where I had no restricted items and was in heavy ketosis.
