Your icons are quite entertaining!! you are right, the afternoon slump is no more. One recipe I keep repeating when I cook my protein, usually a sm steak, lean burger patty, chicken breast, etc., is 1 to 2 zucchini, not peeled, and sliced thin, sauteed in olive oil til browned. Tastes great and my counselor said it is legal. I usually add steamed spinich or broccoli w/ the meal also, and water with lemon.
