Haven't been here in a while...
BUT. Since my last visit a few months ago, I've maintained my weight at 150!
Maybe not ideal results, but huge for me. Especially since I maintained through the holidays.
And, while I didn't finish the C25k program in time for the Thanksgiving 5k, I'm back on it regularly now and I've signed up (and paid) for a 5k on Feb. 19th!
In short, I'm kind of proud of myself!!
Now to actually *lose* rather than just maintain!!
