:carrot: I started at 317 and I am now at 290. Hope to see the last of the 290's soon.

Anyone care to join me?

I am awed by the support given to me by the members of this forum.

It is so great to know that I am not alone anymore. I have always been emotional and your responses of support got me teary eyed.

Congratulations on your success so far, Larry! I started in the 290's and found my way out of it only recently. Keep going, and pretty soon the 290's will be a distant memory!

BUMP- I desperately want to say goodbye to the 290's. Anyone else out there in my shoes?

I started the month at 291, but due to it being my TOM and crappy food choices yesterday, I'm upa t 294 today. =(
