Default Stuffy/Runny nose during workout

I've only recently started getting serious about getting in a workout every day, and I'm loving it, but I've noticed a really odd side effect: every time I do my workout, my nose gets itchy and stuffy and eventually starts running, only to dry back up again once I finish my workout and sit back down for a while. It's not severe enough to impact or stop my workout, just slightly more than mildly annoying.

A friend of mine said it might be related to my breathing, but I don't think that's the case. I've always had great lung capacity (I'm a woodwind player and a singer), and am always aware of my breathing.

Right now, I'm just keeping a box of tissues near my dance floor, but I was wondering if anyone else experienced this or might know what causes it? Will it go away eventually, or will I always be the dancer with the snot problem??

inside or outside? My nose drips like crazy when I run in the cold. And then pretty much stops immediately when I'm done. Inside, I usually don't have a problem

It's inside. I'm doing a dance based workout indoors, and it's plenty warm in my house, with no allergens in the workout space that aren't there any other time of day. See why I'm so confused?
