10 Pounds!
I'm down 10 pounds as of today! 10.2 actually. I did see some lower dips earlier in the week, but I guess they were just sneaking around and won't be here to stay until next week.
It's my 7th week on Plan and I am loving it! I'm fitting back into smaller pants, and have not gone to bed with that "oh my gosh, I'm so stuffed I can't sleep" feeling in ages. Nor have I woken up with the "what did I eat last night? Oh yeah..." feeling.

Congrats!!! Isn't it the best feeling ever??!!
I am so close to my 10 pound mark that I can almost smell it -- I made my meal plan for today, and I will even venture out for a walk (ICY!!!)). I had my son fish out my 6 pound hand weights, and I will do some arm exercises later and a few crunches .

I got 2 stars today! My 10 pounds and my 5% star!!
(and a warning to slow my weight loss down... which is weird because I lost 1.2 this week, and am at an average of 1.5 per week. And the warning said over 2 pounds a week is not healthy. Bah, don't rain on my parade computer!)

I feel so frustrated with my weight loss.. working out like 1-2 hours a day.. tracking/everything.. been on the plan 8 weeks.. only have lost about 7-8 lbs.. like a year ago.. doing the same thing with momentum *I gave up though ad gained it back but rejoined for the new plan november 29th*
I barely lose a thing..

You are losing a pound a week! How is that nothing?
I don't work out very much. I get about 22 APs a week usually through walking and yoga. I don't do exercise for weight loss, just for fitness and toning.
But, if you are losing a pound a week, it sounds like you are doing something right!

That's Great!
That's awesome! 10 pounds is not that easy to loss. Your plan is really effective huh, can you share it here? Many people really wants or needs plan that's been very effective. I can see yours as one . Good luck and keep up the good results!
Keep in touch!

Congratulations, Seagirl. 10 pounds is a nice round number that you can practically see as a big ball held in your hands. A real accomplishment. Also, your comment about exercise being for toning and fitness, not for weight loss is incredibly true. Weight loss from exercise is painfully slow, but the benefits of strength, power and tautness come increasingly fast.

Awesome!
I'm in my 4th week on P+ and I've lost exactly 6 lbs in the last 3 weeks. My goal is to lose 1 lb a week or 52 lbs this year (and my real goal is to stay on ww all year long and NOT QUIT) so I'm happy with my progress. I think it's a really great plan!

I've also decided to switch to just etools and not the meetings. In addition to the cost savings, I can avoid the whole "don't eat anything until the 8:30 am meeting and then feel like crap all day" problem. This way I can weigh in at home (which is what I already do) and then have normal breakfast and go on with my day.
