Picture it as having been sneezed on. Think how you'll feel tomorrow~!

I love that you are on 3FC during the game. You are doing amazing. Here are some other distractors:

1) Get up and go to the bathroom. Stretching your legs might get the blood flowing and you'll feel less hungry.

2) Move to the floor so you don't have to look at the food.

3) Text a friend who loves texting. The frequent texts will keep your hands busy.

4) Read the section of 3FC where people have reached their goals. I find that inspiring.

I'm guessing that you are watching the Bears game so it should be over soon, right? Hang in there.

Really? I say, it's one meal, don't count your CC for today and then when it's over drink lots of water.

you have to live and I don't want you to think I"m not helping, but one meal is not weight loss breaker.

I sit on my hands, but that is just me. I also will hold a glass of water or Diet Coke to give me something to sip at.

Is there anything healthy you can eat? Raw veggies, fruit? Even nuts wouldn't be bad. If you're truly hungry, making a smart choice will help you resist the not-so-great ones.

Or, and you can all yell now, have something. Pick what you REALLY want, look up the calories (since you clearly have some sort of smart phone) and savor it. You can build the rest of your day around it, changing your dinner or taking away a later night snack. Just because you're dieting doesn't mean you can't be smart and incorporate some calorie controlled, budgeted for treat.

I'm in Illinois ;) and I've got my big water bottle right next to me. Every time I feel like I need to munch on chips and salsa and pizza, I take big drink of water. It's working so far!

Are you hungry? If so, eat something.

Are you not hungry? If not, don't eat anything.

Does your plan have room for a meal of a beer, a slice of pizza, a cupcake and few chips?
