Default Does my body gaing weight late?

I have been i this journey for a long time now. on Dec i was 128 , i decide to have a relax Christmas so i did not count points , but still very careful whit my food wise , i did weight my self weekly , it went from 128 to 130.6 ... nothing to worry about right.

Then January came i went back to my points , i actually join WW again ...on January 1 i weight 133.8 ... water weight , then i went down to 131.8 one week later to 130 great right ...sundenly it star to going up and up and up by little .. it is drive me crazy ....

So I was thinking does my body gain weight late ... can that be possible , i took my measurement today again after 2 months and i went back to my April progress , so 3 weeks off , my a damage for what i work for 9 months ...

I gain 2 inch in my belly , i even gain a Little on my thigs and arms like .25 .

Maybe. I notice my body doesn't quite reflect what I did that day on the scale. Sometimes it takes a while. I don't know though. Did joining WW change your diet in such a way that you could be retaining water or something?

I was thinking water weight .... but what about more inch in my body

And no my diet still the same ... but i will keep doing what i have been doing ... just for 2 more week and then see, i the past i made a mistake no given enough time to a plan..

It's physically possibly for you or anyone to gain an inch of fat in a day. Step away from the scale on a daily basis if you are getting upset over these details. It sounds like your daily weighing is causing more harm than good. Everyone fluctuates several pounds a day due to water levels.
