187.6, which I am thrilled about since the past week has been a battle with the scale. TOM came yesterday. BTW yesterday's weight was 189.0, I think. Its been bouncing between 188.6 and 189.0 all week. Hopefully will see more water weight come off in the next few days!!

146.2... The same as the last three days. I've been really good alllll week and I want to see a change. Probably holding on to some water weight though, my back muscles are very sore from lots of snow shoveling yesterday.
