Not the operating system BIOs - the real life ones. (I hope none of you ever have to update your computer BIOS - I got in real techie trouble over that once. )

We have several new chicks in the last little while who really need to know more about us so go check out or add when you get a chance.

The current Bios are in the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section.

No whining - I have to completely rewrite mine now that my DD is here! Talk about image preservation!

Meowna, the BIOS are a thread in Frequently Asked Questions under Low Carbohydrate Lifestyle.
We write our own using some of the others of examples if we like.
