I don't really have a plan.. The only thing I'm doing is eating healthy, making sure I drink lots of water and get in lots of fiber, and only eat when necessary (since boredom eating is still a bit of a problem for me).
I'm trying to get back to counting calories though, because I lost weight more consistently that way. Most days I only get to about 5 cups of water, but there are some days I get to 10. But I'll take that over 0 cups.
This morning I was 277 (a lb lower than yesterday, I weigh daily) so it seems I am getting out of my rut. If I keep losing at this rate I should be 270 or 269 by Feb. 1st or 2nd. HOPEFULLY. :P
