100 lb. Club - I hit my first 50 pounds lost in 4 months

I just wanted to share with you ladies its been 4 months on my weight loss journey and ive lost my first 50 pounds :carrot:. Thanks again friends for all the support I get here. I look forward to losing the 2nd and 3rd 50 pounds.

I workout on the wii fit 5 times a week for 30 minutes to 60 minutes each time. I drink 96oz of water a day. I count calories I stay under 1500 calories a day and weigh all my food on my food scale or use a measuring cup. Here is an example of what I eat in one day I eat 3 meals and 3 snacks suggested by my doc because I am hypothyroid and he said it will help.

Breakfest- corn chex ceral with skim milk
Am snack- 1 banana
Lunch- 1oz turkey breast on wheat bread no sauce, small sald with lite dressing
afternoon snack- 1 apple and 1 low fat cheese string
dinner- 4oz chicken breast, brocelli, and veggie medley
pm snack- (usually my sweet snack) 1 skinny cow ice cream

wow congrats. That is truely an awesome feat you have done. If you reach that dreaded plateau DO NOT QUIT!!!! Change everything your doing. Still staying within your calories or however you track your food. Also change up your exercise. Congrats again :)
