Wednesday is my weigh in and I dropped 2 lbs. 267lbs! Step by step. My monthly goal was to lose 8lbs and I'm 1 lb from meeting that goal. congrats everyone else too

199 - I have worked so hard on losing that pound to get me under 200. My body is fighting me on this one. Not changing my ticker though... we'll see if it holds tomorrow!

Weighed officially on Wednesday since I wasn't able to on Monday b/c of snow and Ice and I am down almost 4 more lbs than last week! WOOT!

I had upped to 200 when I went on maintenance for 2 months. Now I'm down to 195, so, 5lb loss in the last 2 weeks!

Weigh in yesterday 91.7 kg ...... down from 93.4 kg the week before - down 1.7kg .....

The week before was the first time I hopped on a scale for quite sometime ..... determined to do it only once a week ....
