Hello all, I came across this forum when looking for support in losing weight. Im 26 years old, 5'7, 277 pounds. I decided this is my year to lose it and make a better me. Not for anyone at all but for the fact that at this age my father and aunt discovered they had a number of health issues and i would like to beat them (if possible). I dont have alot of support, mainly my fiance who is helping me eat right for starters and when i get time to work out hes my coach. I hope to get to know you all better :)
