Default I Found a Great South Beach Blog

Maybe you SB veterans already know about it. It's called Kalyn's Kitchen and her South Beach Diet recipes are amazing. She lost (and kept off) 45 lbs. since 2005.

If you go into her home page and click on South Beach Diet (it's one of the indexes across the top of the page), you can read her story and also get some nice snack ideas, etc. Then there's the recipes....

Just thought I'd share!

Kalyn's Kitchen has been the provider of all my Phase 1 recipes so far (on day 10). I haven't made anything that I didn't like. Tonight I'm having the Baked Chicken with Curry Sauce and Roasted Onions.

My fav recipe so far from there has been the Green Chile Pork. I cook for my roommates (who are not on South Beach) and I haven't had a single complaint about any of the recipes.

I made this tonight and it was incredible. I'm not usually one for curry but this one won me over. I think it would be great over the cauliflower rice. FYI I'm not the best in the kitchen but Kalyn is great at step-by-step recipes.

I've picked up a few recipes from her as well and enjoyed them. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't there some recipes on her site that are not correct as far as being SB friendly???

I'm another big fan of Kalyn. I haven't visited her blog for quite some time though, and I've been looking around for recipe inspiration, so thanks for the reminder. That curry recipe looks fabulous!
