My 33rd birthday was yesterday, my son turned 4 two weeks ago, and my daughter just turned 15 months old... and I'm determined to get back into bikini shape by summer.

I'm 5'3" and 157 pounds. I just started Atkins today and I'm really tired. I'm also wondering if I should incorporate HCG into my diet. I've got the products, but have been waiting to commit myself.

Any insight, support, etc. is appreciated!

Your stats are just like mine!

I want to go down to 120 to 125 by June...

Awesome, SUM... I need some motivation.

What's your plan? You're doing a lot of walking. Is that all you're doing?

Hey yall! I am 5'3 as well and have the same stats...I am at 164 and want to get down to 120

I have similar stats as well.. 155, want to get to 110-120
I just joined the forum and don't really know where to start.

I think it would be cool to start a mini-support group to keep track of everyone's progress and to compare our weight losses.. what do you guys think?

:wave: My stats are similar as well. I will be happy to wear a bathing suit at the pool with my kids this summer!

I know we can do it, if we just stay the course. :carrot:

I'm 5'1 3/4ths and currently at 182.9 -- my goal is to get into the 130's by June!! I get excited with I see that I lost 1 lb!

Congrats! :) Do lots of cardio and shock your body with muscle confusion. :) it really works.
