I know that I am new to this, but it has been snowing all day here and it is suppose to turn over to ice later this afternoon.
It is to cold to go outside and my hb tried to see what the roads were like, he words" very slick and already icy".
I am wanting to snack and I know I am not hungry yet.
What should I do about to ease this until time to grab a snack?
Thanks Nancy M

Try and eat some fruit or drink water to see if you are hungry or thirsty. It's easy to snack on junk, believe me, i did that last night and regret it!! But started today with an apple and yogurt.

I just stay upstairs!!! :)
Also, all of my snacks are already prepackaged into zippies so I usually will grab one when I am downstairs.

The same way I manage not to snack when it's windy, sunny, cloudy, rainy, hailing, foggy, humid, dry, hot, warm, muggy - making sure my meals are nutritious and filling and then finding something to do.

First of all, snack if you are hungry! The WW program's focus is to listen to your body's que. If we are hungry, we should eat! If we are not hungry, don't eat, not even zero point foods!
My goal is to find something to do to take the place of eating when I am not hungry. Change things up a bit. Find a hobby-crafts, call a friend, clean a drawer. Read the boards. Play farmville. . .anything will do!
Good luck. Judy

Thanks
I have actual drank 1 1/2 bottles of water since I posted this a short bit ago. I don't drink a lot of water, but today looks like I am making up for it.
