The jacket comes from when I lost the weight the last time (9 years ago!) It was tight then, it's loose now, and I could go a size down really.
The point is of course, that at 106lbs lighter I should be able to ski more, and more effectively. I'm very excited to go, but a little wary of the carb dense food they serve at the ski lodge. I have requested lean protein cooked without fat as a special menu, but it remains to be seen if that happens. That ten days could really boost or scupper my weight loss. I figure all the extra exercise will help, but am really worried about the food
