Default Shopping List

Hi all,
I'm thinking about giving this program a go. Lately I've lost 10lbs over the last few months cause I've been walking more often. I've spend all day yesterday reviewing the threads and learning more about the program.

Since I live in Virginia and don't have a MRC center near me; how can I put together a food shopping list? I like to prepare my meals over the weekend for the work week and I really don't have time to cook except on Saturdays/Sundays/Day offs.

Thanks.

MRC does an at home program. (I was told the supplements cost less when doing the at home program because you are not receiving the same benefits as someone who goes to a center. They ship everything to your house and call on a regular basis to check in with you and keep you accountable. I would call the nearest center and talk to someone there. They would be able to give you lots of great information.
Good Luck!!

We have menus posted in stickies at the top of the forum, as well as recipes. I shop once a week (sometimes less frequently) for the diet. It is easy to plan ahead once you are on program.

I would call your center if you are wanting to do MRC through the center to get fully set up.

I've contacted MRC on their website and my email was forward to the closest center and they never got back to me so I'm going to do this on my own.

Does anyone which supplement on Diet Direct is similar to KLB5? I can't seems to find anything doing a search.

thanks.
