I know that many of you are like me and are searching for a diet and/or fitness program that sounds like it will not only improve your health but help you lose weight and get in better shape. When I found Dr. Scott Connelly's Body Rx, I thought I had found that. I followed it to the letter. I DID NOT GET HEALTHIER. I DID NOT GET IN SHAPE. I lost the little muscle mass that i had started with and actually got fatter. This did not turn out to be the Prescription to 6 Pack Abs that it advertises. It turned out to be buying new pairs of 'Fatter Jeans' and my doctor disgusted with me. It turns out that the coconut oil that is part of the diet is over 90% saturated fat. Seriously. Not, I am fatter and have cholesterol, liver and blood pressure problems. Awesome diet, NOT!
