Hi, Im new here. Not sure where to start. I have done weight watchers lost 53 lbs. but I found that weight and 15 more pounds again. So I maybe this year I lose the wight and keep it off.

Hi Booten and Welcome to 3FC!!! It's a great place to keep track. Do you plan on continuing WW or are you going to try another way? There are lots of different programs going here. I do basic calorie counting myself. Feel free to join us in the Heppy New Year January Thread. It is an area where we can share and be accountable.....or talk about whatever.

Hi I am a newbie here too! I have been on Herbal Magic 3 times and signed up today for the 4th! I lose weight also and gain it back. My problem is that I don't eat all day then I eat dinner and snack at night. Need to try and eat 3 meals a day for now on!

I'm also a newbie!

Began yesterday - simply calorie counting. However I do plan on joining WW and will be joining the gym tomorrow (which I am SOOOO nervous about!)

Looking forward to the great ideas and motivation from this site!
