Please forgive me if this should be posted elsewhere!

I just thought I would lay out a few goals - get them in writing on here - accountability people!


1 - Eat healthfully, every day
2 - Exercise at least 1 hr. a day, 5 days a week
3 - If I have a bad day, don't quit
4 - Keep a food journal
5 - Keep a workout journal
6 - Don't give in to silly temptations
7 - Make sure to plan meals out weekly, so I don't get off track

There are many more, but these are the main ones I am focusing on. I have high hopes for 2011! These are not resolutions - they are lifestyle changes! :carrot:
