Today was my first day fully on plan for a couple of days and I'm glad to be back. I forgot how hungry I am at 10pm
That's ok though, I know I ate enough and well today, so I don't mind a little hunger pang at bedtime.
For dinner I made a great tasting WW recipe I found in the online plan manager "Chicken with Broccoli and Garlic Sauce". Added lots of hot pepper flakes to it though. DH loved it too. I'm using the Canadian etools, not sure if it's in the US version.
