I just can't make it work for me. So part of my new year's plan is to do weekly weigh-in's and monthly measurements instead. Anyone else who wants to track their weekly weight changes is more than welcome to join me. Jan 1 ~ 233.8 Jan 8 ~ Jan 15 ~ Jan 22 ~ Jan 29 ~ Goal = 226.3
