After a year away I've returned to 3FC about 20 pounds heavier. =( Last time I frequented 3FC I found that posting my daily meal plan with estimated calories made me feel accountable, and seeing other members' meal plans gave me new ideas on what to eat. So today I will eat:

B - black coffee & 3 eggs (250 calories)
S - 2 tangerines (100)
L - salad w/ balsamic vinaigrette & turkey patty (290)
S - 1 cup mixture of regular & chocolate cheerios (120)
D - tofu stir fry (450)
S - chamomile tea w/ honey (45)
Total: 1255 calories
