I have decided to tackle my weight this year, and am going to join WW as soon as the London meetings start up again after the holiday (tuesday I imagine). But I did weight myself yesterday and weighed 196 lbs. So thats a first figure for me. Is this how you do the checkin?

I weighed in yesterday and was the exact same as what I weighed 2 wks ago at ww~ Thank goodness!
Yes, you did the check-in right. We come here and tell each other how much we lost--or gained. :o
Jeanne, you did great maintaining over the holiday. :bravo:
It's the first full week of the new year.

I weighed and must admit I'm up 2.2#. However, I won't get down in the dumps about it. Today is a new day and I this week is a new week. I will do better.

No Loss. The scales refused to move down.
At least, I've gotten rid of my Christmas pounds. :):):)
Anyone else weigh yet this week???

I weighed in and was up 2#!!!!! grrrrrrrr! I know it's this eating 3 meals a day AT THE TABLE and Bob being on vacation and lack of exercise! Ok, I don't feel justified after making all those excuse!:p:p

Oh the re thinking is just for the job, because I am working afternoons all the time I have to take my dinner with me. Today I start early so I will be picking up a wendys salad for later.

Yes in addition to the WATP exercise that I do about everyother day I am walking and doing the staircases at work. I can walk the whole facility about 4 times in 1/2 an hour. I usually go 4-8 times a night depending how my knees feel.
